I was blown away when I was told to up my calorie intake in order to see results from lifting…You mean eat more and see results? Talk about a win-win, but I was skeptical. I gave it a shot and sure enough as soon as I starting hitting my caloric intake goal on a regular basis the weight started falling off! I started to see muscle tone I haven’t seen since my early 20’s! Besides the obvious physical change there have also been awesome changes in my diet, I don’t feel like I have to cut out what I love. This has been a journey, I do not plan on quitting. I understand that it takes time and there are no quick fixes. I have learned so much from all of the trainers here. The staff here has been crucial in my journey. I can enjoy my grandkids now! They are a big part of my starting this program. I want to be strong. It’s all been totally worth it!
